Aptos Camp

Location: Orchard School, 2288 Trout Gulch Road, Aptos

Dates: June 22 - August 7 (Weekly Sessions)

Timing: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Extra Care Available)

Early Bird Price: $ 450/ Week (Register before March 1, 2026)

Regular Price: $495 / Week (After March 1, 2026)

Daily Schedule

  • 9:30 AM: Opening Circle

  • 10:00 AM – 10:50 AM: Activity 1

  • 11:00 AM – 11:15 AM: First Snack!

  • 11:20 AM – 12:10 PM: Activity 2

  • 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM: Lunch

  • 1:20 PM – 2:10 PM: Activity 3

  • 2:10 PM – 3:00 PM: Activity 4

  • 3:05 PM – 3:20 PM: Second Snack!

  • 3:25 PM – 4:15 PM: Activity 5

  • 4:20 PM: Closing Circle

Staff Ratio

We maintain a ratio of 7 campers to 1 counselor or better.

Registrations are fully refundable only if you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the specified session.

My son had a blast! We signed up for week 3, 4 and 6 and did our annual off-road family camping trip during week 5, but kiddo was missing his summer camp so much he was counting down the days when he could go back. All the counselors are great, especially Taylor who is my son’s favorite. He came home everyday filthy and hungry and we loved to see that. We appreciate your thought and effort that was poured into this and please give our thanks to all the caring and kind counselors!

We had a great time! Just wonderful. It was the perfect combination of friendship, games, new arts and crafts, and a low key, beautiful setting. I also appreciate the continued covid safety and outdoor setting. Thank you so Much for this new camp!

My son had a wonderful time. Kasey was so helpful and and supportive in answering all my questions pre-camp. Great communication throughout the day. It was a wonderful experience! We will absolutely be sending him next year and possibly another session this summer!
